About CodingGroup

I'm Mark. I run a one-person company in Huizhou, China, and I started this site for two simple reasons.

The first is to share my own process of using AI, the real one. What I use it for every day, what it costs, what insights it taught me, and what I stopped trusting it to do. I've shipped software for over a decade; these days my "team" is two computers and a fleet of AI agents. I write that down here, receipts included.

The second is to meet more people like you. Building alone is the loneliest kind of building. I want to learn how solo developers in Berlin, São Paulo, Lagos or Jakarta actually work, and I hope you're curious what it looks like from China. Different countries, same keyboard.

So please, write to me. Tell me what you're building, what your AI bill looked like last month, or where this site got it wrong. I read every letter, and I answer most of them personally.

Articles here are written and stood behind by a human (me). AI does the legwork: research, first drafts, and the boring parts.
